How long does a massage session take?
Sessions run 30, 60 or 90 minutes depending on the treatment and your preferences. Hot stone and full-body aromatherapy massage typically run longer to allow the techniques to work fully. You can choose your duration when booking online.
Do I need to undress for a massage?
For Swedish, hot stone and aromatherapy massage you'll undress to your comfort level. You'll be covered with towels throughout — only the area being worked on is uncovered. Indian head massage is performed fully clothed, focusing on the scalp, neck and upper shoulders only.
Is massage suitable if I'm pregnant?
We don't currently offer specialist pregnancy massage. If you're expecting, please call us on 01872 262844 before booking so we can advise the most appropriate treatment for where you are in your pregnancy.
